Your Home - Aging in Comfort and Style

You may be thinking about transitioning to a home where you can live comfortably and stylishly for years to come. Whether you're considering a condo or retirement community, it's important to set yourself up for long-term success. and it can be difficult to anticipate your future needs. That’s where we come in. We say it’s important to hope for the best - that you'll remain healthy and mobile for many years - while planning thoughtfully to ensure you can stay remain in your home, condo or retirement community, no matter what life brings.

Moving to a Condo

When you own a condo, you have the freedom to customize your space and ensure you age in comfort and style. We have renovated many condos and taken care of the details such as the width of doorways, and the height of light switches, so you will be able to navigate through your home for years to come.

We'll work closely with you to develop customized plans, reconfiguring your space as needed based on your unique wants, needs, and future considerations. We will develop plans to help you visualize how your current belongings will fit into your new space, including refreshing existing piece or selecting a few new items. Once the work is completed, you'll be delighted with your beautiful new home.

Moving to a Retirement Home

For some seniors, moving to a retirement home is the perfect choice! Residents have the privacy of their own apartment and so much more - new friends to be made in a new like-minded community, engaging activities, and delicious meals prepared for you. While this transition offers wonderful benefits, it can also feel like a significant undertaking. Packing your belongings and determining which furniture and décor items will fit into your new space can seem overwhelming.

That's where we come in - we're here to make this transition easier for you. We'll meet with you to learn which items are most important to bring along from practical furniture to cherished personal pieces. We'll visit your new apartment to take precise measurements, then create a scaled floor plan to help you see exactly how your belongings will fit. On moving day, you'll know exactly where everything goes, and the transition will fall smoothly into place.
